Greetings from Ocer Campion Jesuit College, Gulu.
November has been, and still remains, a busy month at Ocer. From 13/10 to 7/11, our 185 Senior Four students joined the other Senior Four students in the whole of Uganda in sitting for the Uganda Senior Four National Examinations (UCE). Similarly, from 5/11 to 6/11, our 30 Primary Seven pupils did the same and from 10/11 our 96 Senior Six students have been busy with their National Examinations. Finally, from 12/11 to 21/11, the rest of the school sat for their End of Term III Exams.
Happily, this year the school marks 15 years of its existence. The celebration, which has been branded Ocer@15 (i.e., Ocer at 15) is set to be held on the 29th of November (when we jointly celebrate St. Edmund Campion, the patron saint of the school). At present, students and staff are super-busy making preparations for Ocer@15.
Most importantly, the celebration will be accompanied by the official launch of the fundraising campaign aimed at raising money to purchase a new (and reliable) bus for the school.

A big welcome to you all who can make it. Let’s join hands in CELEBRATING GROWTH AND CHANGING LIVES!!
For those who cannot make it, we plan to record and livestream the event. The link will be shared in due course.
