Ocer shines ... again

On 21st March the Uganda National Students Association held the Gulu city secondary school debates where 15 schools with 22 teams participated and OCER team B emerged victors of the competition and Ocer A was knocked at the Semi – Final. This competition was held at Gulu secondary school. Bravo OCER, Bravo Ocer debate society.
